Reperio QA Insights
Inspection workflows, defect tracking and contractor scoring, with geospatial evidence tied to the asset.
What it does
QA Insights measures build quality while the build is happening. Inspections are structured, defects are captured against the asset with location and photographic evidence, and rectification is tracked to closure — so quality is evidenced continuously rather than sampled at handover.
Inspections and defects reference the same asset, phase and contractor records as PM and Design Insights, so quality, progress and payment share one dataset.
Capabilities
Inside Reperio QA Insights
Inspection workflows
Configurable inspection types per work category, issued to inspectors with required evidence.
Defect capture and rectification
Defects raised against the asset, assigned to the responsible contractor, tracked to verified closure.
Contractor quality scoring
First-time-right and defect rates per contractor, crew and phase, used in claims and reviews.
ArcGIS integration
Full integration with Esri ArcGIS so geospatial evidence sits with the asset record your GIS team already uses.
Evidence a funder will accept
Progress claims and grant reporting increasingly require proof of build quality, not just of spend. QA Insights produces that trail as a by-product of the inspection process: who inspected what, when, against which standard, with the geospatial evidence attached.
Quality pressure where it changes behaviour
Contractor scoring published against live data changes crew behaviour during the programme. Defects found and fixed in the same phase cost a fraction of defects found at handover.

Modules it is usually deployed alongside
Modules are not sold as a bundle, but some combinations do most of the work in practice.
See the platform against your own operation
A demo walks the architecture, the modules you would actually use and the TM Forum interfaces your partners would integrate against. Bring your operating model and we will map it.
