About Arian Hapus
Arian Hapus builds Reperio Systems, a unified OSS/BSS platform for fibre operators, open access networks and wholesale carriers. We are an infrastructure software company, and the product reflects that.
Mission
Make the operating model provable
Fibre operators rarely fail for lack of software. They fail where systems disagree: a premises sold before it was built, a service active but unbilled, an as-built that never reached the records, a locate answered after the clock expired. Each of those is a gap between two tools that were each working correctly.
Reperio exists to remove those gaps. One core with one data model, modules that extend it rather than duplicate it, and conformant interfaces so the parties outside your organisation can be held to the same record you work from.
US and UK
Open access markets we build for, including their differing locate and regulatory obligations.
Retail, wholesale, hybrid
Operating models supported on one engine without a second deployment.
Nine modules
From design validation and construction quality through to settlement.
How we work
Four principles that shape the product
Evidence over assertion
Serviceability, build quality, SLA performance and settlement should all be provable from records rather than asserted in a report. We build for the moment someone disputes the number.
Standards where they exist
TM Forum Open APIs already describe most of what a wholesale interface needs. Implementing them properly is more useful to operators than inventing another contract.
One core, clear modules
A shared data model is the point of the platform. Modules extend the core; they do not maintain private copies of the truth.
Operators, not users
The people who run networks have opinions formed by years of workarounds. The product is shaped by those opinions rather than around them.
Market experience
Built around how open access actually operates
Municipal and utility builds carry funder obligations. Neutral hosts live or die on provider onboarding time. Wholesale carriers are judged on interface quality. Managed service providers need separation per client. Those constraints are in the product, not in a services wrapper around it.
See the platform against your own operation
A demo walks the architecture, the modules you would actually use and the TM Forum interfaces your partners would integrate against. Bring your operating model and we will map it.
