Module of the Service Engine · Commercial

Reperio CRM

Reperio subscriber, service and order data inside Salesforce, where commercial teams already work.

What it does

Reperio CRM is deliberately not a CRM. It is a native Salesforce plugin that surfaces subscriber, service, order and serviceability data on the Salesforce objects your commercial team already uses, so sales works in one place and operations keeps one system of record.

The plugin consumes the same Commerce and Service Management APIs that external partners use — nothing bespoke behind the scenes.

Capabilities

Inside Reperio CRM

Native Salesforce objects

Reperio services, orders and addresses presented as first-class records inside Salesforce.

Serviceability in the sales flow

Address qualification available at the point of quoting, drawn from GIS.

Order status without a phone call

Live order, appointment and activation state visible to account teams.

Bidirectional sync

Opportunities convert into Reperio orders; service changes flow back to the account record.

Keep the CRM you have

Replacing a working Salesforce org to gain OSS visibility is a poor trade. The plugin approach means no migration, no retraining and no second place for commercial data to live.

One truth about a subscriber

Sales, support and finance see the same service state as provisioning, because the data is read from the Service Engine rather than copied on a nightly job.

Exposed through

TM Forum API domains this module surfaces in

Whatever the module does internally, external consumers reach it through the same conformant interfaces as the rest of the platform.

Modules it is usually deployed alongside

Modules are not sold as a bundle, but some combinations do most of the work in practice.

See the platform against your own operation

A demo walks the architecture, the modules you would actually use and the TM Forum interfaces your partners would integrate against. Bring your operating model and we will map it.
