Module of the Service Engine · Build and field operations
Reperio FSM
Skill-based scheduling, subscriber self-booking, multi-party dispatch and evidenced job completion.
What it does
FSM books, routes and evidences every visit. Appointments are offered against real capacity, work is dispatched to whichever ISP or contractor workforce should hold it, and technicians complete jobs against required evidence in the mobile app.
Appointments and work orders hang off the service order in the Service Engine, so activation, assurance and billing all see the same field outcome.
Capabilities
Inside Reperio FSM
Skill-based scheduling
Appointment availability derived from skills, territory, stock and travel, not fixed slot tables.
Subscriber self-booking
Booking, rescheduling and reminders exposed to end-customer and ISP portals through the Appointment API.
Multi-party dispatch
Work routed across in-house crews, contractors and ISP field teams with separated visibility.
Technician mobile app
Offline-capable job execution, evidence capture and completion against the service order.
Every truck roll booked and routed
Failed and repeated visits are the largest controllable cost in fibre operations. Booking against genuine capacity and skills, with route optimisation across the day, removes the two most common causes: the wrong technician and an unrealistic schedule.
Built for open access from the start
In a wholesale model the field workforce is shared and the visibility is not. FSM dispatches across multiple ISPs and contractors while keeping each party to their own work, appointments and evidence.
