Module of the Service Engine · Commercial
Reperio Billing
Retail and wholesale billing with revenue share, taxation, dunning and revenue assurance.
What it does
Billing monetises both sides of an open access network. Retail subscribers are rated and invoiced, wholesale partners are billed and settled, and revenue share between network owner, ISP and any intermediary is calculated from the same service records that provisioning used.
Charges reference the catalogue and service inventory directly; billing events and usage are exposed through the Data / Reporting API domain.
Capabilities
Inside Reperio Billing
Retail and wholesale rating
One catalogue-driven rating engine for subscriber charges and wholesale access fees.
Multi-party revenue share
Configurable splits between network owner, ISPs and partners, settled per period with statements.
Taxation and compliance
US and UK tax treatment applied per jurisdiction and product.
Dunning and revenue assurance
Collections workflow plus reconciliation between active services, orders and billed revenue.
Multi-party settlement, automatically
Wholesale settlement done in spreadsheets fails quietly: services active but unbilled, splits applied to the wrong period, disputes without an audit trail. Billing derives settlement from the service inventory, so what is active is what is billed.
Billing that knows the service
Because rating sits on the same records as order management and assurance, credits for SLA breaches, pro-rata on change orders and cease-date handling do not need reconciliation afterwards.
